Pair Expressionistic Surrealist Figural Wire Sculptures. This is a pair of very interesting, expressionistic wire and plaster sculptures. Each sculpture has a metal wire frame with a floating anatomical form that has been covered in plaster. The plaster adds form to the otherwise empty space and contrasts nicely with the wire structure. They both have a great patina. Both sculptures are very emotive and look similar to a Francis Bacon painting.

Dimensions of the hand are 14.25 in h x 6.5 in w x 4 in d and the dimensions of the torso are 10 in h x 8 in w x 3.5 in d. Condition is good. There are some dents and discoloration. Rust is building up on the metal. Please call or email for a detailed condition report.
