Large World's Fair Brass & Glass Geometric Display Case. This is a unique and exceptionally well made display case, possibly custom made for the World's Fair in 1964. The top glass case is designed in a faceted emerald cut and sits on a brass paneled hexagonal base. The display has two locks on either side of the center handle and lifts open with a hydraulic arm. The interior display top is black painted wood with a chalkboard like texture. The wonderful patina lends this piece a Machine age aesthetic of the late 19th century.
