Photo album is in very nice condition with a leather cover embellished with four white porcelain semi-spheres on front and back. It has gold gilt page edges with hand painted outdoor building scenes on each side, gilt design & lettering on leather surface, and a ornately decorated brass double clasp to keep shut. Inside are 33 early pictures including some tintypes; early portrait prints of Abraham Lincoln, U.S. Grant, Longfellow's Children, & The Washington Family; and a list of who the people are in the album's first half near the front page.
