Catalog Note:
Nichols seems to have liked this form, painting several in the available sizes. This example has a faint luster quality to its glaze.

Condition

Faint crazing. Professional restoration to handle on crab side and to a small area of cloud near that handle. Minor mineral deposits on the interior, most likely from holding cut flowers in water.
