Catalog Note:
It is a mystery why Menzel signed this vase when he rarely did so in collaboration with another artist. Perhaps this was due to mutual respect between two of the older employees at Rookwood — a bonding moment.

Uncrazed. There are two 1/4" glaze skips among the flowers. No chips, cracks or repairs.
