Description
Antique French pocket mirror with three folding panels, each decorated with color lithographs depicting 18th and 19th Century scenes. Lithographs marked "P.B. Paris Depose" in plate. Circa 1900-1915; possibly an advertising or promotional piece. With chain for wall hanging. Dimensions: (Unfolded) H 4" x W 9.5" x D 0.5" Condition: Wear consistent with age and use, including creasing, losses, and fading to paper lithographs; metal frame with bent hinges, separation, dullness and oxidation; mirrors with spots of de-silvering and surface scratches.
Condition
All the items in this auction remain at our gallery location in Norwalk, CT for pickup. Preview is by appointment, Monday-Friday, 9:30-4:30. Items must be picked up in the time frame of Wednesday, October 27th- Friday, November 5th, 9am-5pm, WEEKDAYS.
