One Perfect Rose Boehm Porcelain Perfume Bottle & Dome

Description

For your consideration is a rare limited edition Boehm porcelain "One Perfect Rose" perfume bottle personalized by Georgette Mosbacher, inspiration of the scent and CEO of La Prarie Cosmetics. Additionally, Mosbacher just returned from a post as the United States diplomat to Poland. This scent was created just before she sold La Prarie in 1991. When the lid is removed from the present-shaped perfume bottle, we Mosbacher's personalization - "To: Odessa / Perfect Lady! / Georgette Mosbacher 11-15-90". The underside of the perfume bottle reads "One Perfect Rose Parfum / Edite por Georgette Mosbacher / Commissioned at the Boehm Studio, England / Limited edition / MCMXC". The bottle also displays the Boehm porcelain and La Prarie Cosmetic marks/labels. The bottle is in a custom made, original glass dome that sits on a wooden plinth. One ounce flacon measures 2 1/2" x 3 3/4" x 4 5/8" with the glass cloche and stand measuring 5 3/4" x 6 3/4" x 6 3/4". The complete set weighs 2 pounds, 5 ounces.
