Description
Gulf coast of Mexico, Remojadas, Ca. 600 to 900 AD. Buff clay pottery standing effigy, tall in an animated posture, both hands raised. He wears a large decorated headdress on his triangular head and ear clips on his large ears. He has wide almond eyes and wide smiling face grin. The chest is accented with a textured bands and necklace and he wears an elaborate loin cloth, also with textured design. 14”H (35.5cm), complete with custom mount.
