When the Velvet Underground announced their reunion tour of Europe in 1993, the smart move by any hard-core fan was to go there and not wait for the North American tour. Considering their track record of arguments and recrimination, there was a chance the group wouldn't even make it through Europe, let alone another leg of the tour. And that's exactly what happened. Before they split again, however, the Velvets performed a series of breathtaking shows across the continent. This signed copy of the record was personally acquired by the consignor, a long-time acquaintance of the band, when he traveled to see the tour in its entirety.
