Chinese Qing Dynasty Blue and White Pen Holder. Potted in thick, cylindrical body, trump, round mouth lip, raised with round flat foot base. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against blue fine color, depicted of many fisherman on their sampan boat fishing in the peace lishui rivers beside rocky rock, and waterfall. The clay is very fine, with a brilliant glaze finish that was applied by a meticulous, the shape is uniformly proportioned.The underside unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground revealed and dark greyish brown spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim. Made in The Years Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
