Chinese Qing Dynasty Qianlong Blue and White Porcelain Lidded Censer With Japanese Wooden Box. Potted in shallow vessel form, thick and deep, globular body, heavy on mid body, emerging two ring flanked on the shoulder, correspondence dome lid with finial bud and there is a tongue at the outer rims for fitting the lid, raised with tall splayed round flat base and slight concave base. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against blue fine color, depicted of interlocking Ruyi shaped large pendants filled by scrolling ruyi and repeating wanzi pattern. There is not any overlap of the outlines, its well carved, clear, subtle, and distinct.The Under base bears a reign mark, a six under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within blue ring line. Made in The Years QianLong Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
