Description
The White Vending Machine Co. patented the "Happy Jap" chewing gum machine on August 26, 1902. In the 1990's, Bill Enes, who published the encyclopedia of vending machines, "Silent Salesman" perfected fitting a cut down mechanism from a Pulver machine into this recast aluminum head, to vend stick gum. The head is an aluminum casting, mechanism is old, but modified, and the machine was painted to have an aged look. And he succeeded at making it work. Keys: Yes Condition: (Good). Dimensions: 13 - 1/2" x 10" x 10 - 1/2".
