Large Powder-Blue Gilt-Decorated Bottle Vase. The globular body rising to a tall tapered neck with a flared rim, painted with gilt butterflies with stylized lotus lappets encircle the foot and ruyi-head pendant below the rim, the rim decorated with a band of lotus scrolls interspersed with 'Shou' characters, all reserved on a rich powder-blue enamel, the base inscribed with a six-character Guangxu mark in gilt enamel. {Height 15.8 inches (40.1 cm)}.
