CHINESE / JAPANESE IMARI PORCELAIN ARTICLES, LOT OF NINE, each having hand-painted underglaze blue with overglaze enamel decoration, including a cylindrical covered jar, three 7 1/4" D lobed-form plates with blue ho-o/fenghuang bird to center, an octagonal dish with floral motif, an 8 1/8" D shallow bowl with four reserves to border depicting birds, and an 8 5/8" D bowl. Marks to underside include various characters. 19th/20th century. 8 1/4" HOA.

Condition
Five undamaged, a few having minor wear to enamel decoration; jar cover with chip to underside; one lobed plate broken and glued, some yellowing, and one with rim hairline; 4 7/8" D bowl with flake to rim interior.
