DIAMOND QUILT AIR-TRAP-MOTHER- OF-PEARL SATIN MINIATURE LAMP, dark to light rose, square-form font with a dimple on each side, colorless and frosted applied base with eight flared-out toes, each with pressed rib pattern, matching patterned shade with square-form flared and crimped rim, period brass collar. Fitted with a period burner marked "BH" on thumbwheel, colorless slip chimney. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 8 3/4" H to top of shade, 4 5/8" H to top of collar, 4 5/8" SQ base overall.

Condition

Font with a short approximate 1/4" vertical interior annealing crack off neck, one foot petal with a flake to edge, shade fitter with a small chip, oil staining to one air trap on font and to multiple air-traps on the shade fitter. Burner deflector with light denting, chimney undamaged.
