DIAMOND QUILT AIR-TRAP-MOTHER- OF-PEARL SATIN MINIATURE LAMP, dark to light raspberry/rose, square-form font with a dimple on each side, colorless and frosted applied base with eight flared-out toes, each with pressed rib pattern, matching patterned shade with globular-form flared and scalloped rim, period brass collar. Fitted with a Lacroix & Ferrary burner. Fourth quarter 19th/early 20th century. 9 1/4" H to top of shade, 4 3/4" H to top of collar, 4 1/4" SQ base overall.

Condition

Font with an exterior loss to glass at an air-trap near base, base lacking one toe, shade fitter with several flakes/roughness along with oil-staining to air traps. Burner and collar lacking threads resulting in ill-fitting.
