Description
An early-mid 20th Century Hindu bronze representation of Vishnu with two of his consorts Sri Devi and Bhu Devi. The back plate is removable, and the figures are designed to slide in and out of the Bhadhra Peetha, although no longer with ease. This design is typical of examples from the Karnataka region. 4 3/4 x 4 in(12 x 10.2 cm). Nicely patinated.
