Description
An Islamic pale yellow-green glass bottle, c. 7th - 9th Century AD, the body decorated with freehand applied trailing in a crossing zigzag pattern, the tapered neck with large central ridge and flattened rim. H: 3 3/4 in (9.5 cm). The surfaces with a grayish patina and overall, well preserved. Ex collection of Dorothy Lee Jones, ME; Ex Washington, D.C. private collection.
