Description
An interesting grey-slipped bottle, possibly Late Roman, the body cylindrical with very narrow neck and ridged mouth with single handle. The body and shoulder are adorned with ovoid additions with impressed divots, two flower-like decorations at each side. H: 5 1/2 in (14 cm). Grey slipped surfaces with light deposits. Ex London, UK private collection acquired in the 1970's-80's.
