Chinese Yuan Dynasty Blue and White Alum Red Flori Porcelain Jar. The porcelain potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick and bulbous body, with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the flaring mouth rim, raised on a small round, with slight concave footing. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in clean white base color which contrast against blue and red fine color, depicted of flowers bloom, foliage in a flori form medallion, banded with scrolling interlocking ruyi. There is not any overlap of the outlines, its well carved, clear, subtle, and distinct.The underside unglazed, revealed the pale-creme ground revealed and dark greyish brown spotted firing marks and edge-cut foot rim.
