Description
Chinese Tang Dynasty bronze mirror. An excellent mirror with cast relief decoration and silvering which has been deeply corroded. The back is covered in relief decoration of grape vines and floral tendrils. The central boss is penetrated to allow for a silk rope to hang the mirror. The back is polished and undecorated to enable one to see a reflection.
