Due to the odd manner in which pages are numbered, difficult to determine if maps are actually missing but will report as accurately as possible: Pages 20-21 have no printed material and may be missing, page 80 is missing, and page 95-96 are missing. The spine is no longer intact and many pages are loose, most pages are in very good condition but some have small tears and minor stains - see photos for more details.
