ELGIN 21-JEWEL MODEL 7 POCKET WATCHES, LOT OF TWO, each grade 349, class A railroad grade, double roller, lever-set movement, comprising one circa 1908 serial number 13398238 and the other circa 1911 serial number 15088787, each having a white enamel dial with Arabic chapter ring and Arabic outer track, double-sunk seconds subsidiary, and blued-steel spade hands, housed in a gold-filled open-face case. Each marked to back of movement and to interior case cover. Elgin National Watch Co., Elgin, IL. Circa 1908 and 1911. Size 18s.

Condition
Circa 1908 example in very good overall condition with minor wear and surface scratches, dial with a short light hairline under 3 position, case with moderate to significant worn spots to engraving on back and spots of gold loss; circa 1911 example in good to very good overall condition with minor to moderate wear and surface scratches, dial with a chip and a hairline adjacent to the sunk seconds subsidiary and a few faint hairlines around the 3 position, case with some scattered small dents along the edges and isolated areas of gold loss. Each currently running and not timed for accuracy, circa 1911 stopping sporadically (see Catalogue Guarantee).
