An original hand-painted production cel of four Sneetches (who live on the beaches) from the animated special, "Dr. Seuss On The Loose! Two of the Sneetches have stars on their bellies, while two do not). Dr. Seuss on the Loose is an American animated musical television special, first airing on CBS on October 15, 1973. The special is hosted by The Cat in the Hat, who introduces animated adaptations of the Dr. Seuss stories The Sneetches, The Zax, and Green Eggs and Ham. The framed cel is approx 20" x 1" x 17" and it weighs 5.13lbs. The framed cel is in a good, vintage condition with some markings on the back (This appears to be behind the cel.) and some very small and light creases on the cell.
