DESCRIPTION: An antique Victorian papier mache double inkwell desk stand. This is a small desk inkwell with two small glass lidded bottles. Each ormolu lid designed with a bird figurine stopper. The tray is crafted from papier mache, lacquered in black and further embellished with a gilt foliage motif. (Ref.V1)
CIRCA: Late 19th-Early 20th Century.
