Description
This poster is signed by the artist Randy Tuten!
Â
This was produced for a John Lee Hooker and Jerry Garcia show in Berkeley in December of 1971. Historic in its own rite, this lineup features an early appearance of Jerry Garcia with keyboardist Merl Saunders. Within a few years later, the two musicians were performing very often together and formed the legendary Legion of Mary. This Berkeley concert in 1971 was planned to be a benefit to help heroin addicts. As the story goes, the promoter apparently couldn't stop and skipped town with the proceeds. This example is SIGNED and in Museum Quality Condition with no nicks, cuts, tears, or pinholes.
