Seltene frühe 40 mm Objektivvariante zur Leica CL. Es entstand nur eine kleine Anlaufserie, die dann allerdings nicht in den Handel gelangte. Kurz vor Markteinführung der CL entschied man sich bei Leitz für das verbesserte Summicron-C - der Verkauf der Elmarit-C erfolgte ausschließlich an Betriebsangehörige.
Fast neuwertiger Zustand, minimale Putzspuren auf der Frontlinse. Mit Gummisonnenblende und beiden Deckeln.

Rare early 40 mm lens variant for the Leica CL. There was only a small run-up series, which then did not get into the trade. Shortly before the market launch of the CL, Leitz decided in favour of the improved Summicron-C - the Elmarit-C was sold exclusively to employees.
Almost like new condition, minimal cleaning marks on the front element. With rubber sunshade and both caps.
