He is known most notably for classics such as Gulliver's Travels and Drapier's Letters. “Travels into Several Remote Nations” is both a satire on human nature and a parody of the "travellers' tales" literary subgenre. It is Swift's best known full-length work, and an English Literature classic.
This 1894 edition was published by Macmillan and features 108 illustrations by notable English painter Charles E. Brock. This ‘Cranford Series’ edition is beautifully bound with gilded fore-edging.
