Description
Photographer: Pierre Boucher (France, 1908 - 2000) - prolific and internationally renowned photographer of the twentieth century. Boucher is perhaps best known as a pioneer of modernism in photographic art, frequently using the latest darkroom "discoveries" of the day to construct his avant-garde imagery. Inspired by surrealist Man Ray, he often utilized such techniques as montage, solarisation, superimposition and collage.
