. NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS
William Bunch Auctions & Appraisals, LLC (Bunch) Reserves the right to set bidding/purchase limits on new customers who have not established a relationship prior to any event. If you intend to buy any considerable amount of merchandise, i.e., over $1000 hammer price, you will be required to establish your financial status by:
1) Providing a letter of guarantee from an American bank stating a specific dollar amount of purchases for which the bank will guarantee payment. The letter must include the date of the sale and reference Bunch as the Payee.
2) You can deposit cash or its equivalent with us via wire transfer or cashier’s checks from an American bank. This will provide you with a credit limit equal to twice the amount deposited. If you purchase less that the amount deposited, a refund will be issued in the manner it was received, less wire and transfer fees. If you spend up to the 2X credit limit, you will need to pay your bill in full in cash or its equivalent before any goods are released. ALL items must be paid for before ANY are released. If you do not pay your bill in full as described, after 30 days your deposit will be applied to your bill, and all items will be resold unreserved on your behalf to pay the balance due. This will be treated as a regular consignment with full commissions charged.
3) Bunch does not accept overseas credit cards or checks under any circumstance. All invoices must be paid with wire transfer or US based cashier’s checks made out specifically to Bunch.
4) US credit cards are only accepted for invoices totaling $1000 or less.
The above specified methods of payment are acceptable. We only accept checks from established customers with good payment history. Bunch ALWAYS reserves to right to hold items until payment in full is received.
Preview Policy: We are excited to start welcoming you back into our building for in-person previews! Previews will be available without an appointment every Monday and Friday from 10:00 to 4:00. Due to the amount of positive feedback received, buyer pickups will remain by appointment only.
