A GEORGE VI SILVER THREE-PIECE CRUET SET, by John Rose, Birmingham 1947, plain cylindrical, each with spreading foot and stepped banding to cover, the mustard with hinged cover, knop finial and angular handle, with blue glass liners, cased. Salt and pepper each 7.2cm high, 3 troy ounces gross
Condition
Marks lightly rubbed but legible. Covers to all three pieces further stamped with conforming date letter and lion passant. Associated spoon dated 1954. Crease to body of pepper, approx 1cm long. A few minor dings, light surface marks and scratches throughout commensurate with age and use
