French Provincial Louis XV Style Carved Walnut Sideboard, 19th c., the stepped rounded edge and corner top over two frieze drawers with iron escutcheons, above double arched panel cupboard doors with iron fiche hinges and escutcheons, on short scrolled cabriole legs joined by a carved arched bowl carved skirt, H.- 40 3/4 in., W.- 53 in., D.- 23 3/8 in.

Top has minor surface scratches. Partial rings are present on proper left top. Pinholes present throughout piece. Shrinkage cracks present on side panels and cabinet doors. There is a ½ in. wide gap between left side panel and rear. Two 1 in. holes have been cut into top of back panel possibly for wires. Interior has one shelve and could use a cleaning. Key is present and works with cabinet door lock but not drawer locks. Contemporary eye-hook has been installed to latch proper right cabinet door. Wear consistent with age and use.
