Two Large Chinese Blue and White Porcelain Dishes Kangxi to Yongzheng period
(Dia: 13 1/4 in.)
Comprising a deep dish decorated with three meiren (one on horseback), meiren and floral panels to border, underside with six-character Kangxi mark; the second with a scene from Romance of the Western Chamber where Cui Yingying and her maid listen to Zhang Junbao play the qin. (2).

Condition
The dish with Kangxi mark with a slightly uneven foot ring, 25% of the rim over painted and with restored breaks; kiln imperfections and abrasions to the center; a hairline of approximately 9 in. to the underside going up into the cavetto, associated over painting to the crack, and rim frit; the other one with a hairline of 2 in. at 2 o'clock from the rim, two small specks of grit to the center; restored rim chips and frits with associated over painting, series of small flakes to the foot ring.
