Condition
The rocker showing signs of wear to the surface. Loss of upper portion to curved rail at left seat. Separation of support panel beneath seat, with some fracturing (please refer to additional photos). Separation at join of right rear seat, and creaks while rocking with weight of an adult. The sofa showing similar wear to surface. The arms slightly loose, but legs appear stable.
