AMERICAN SCHOOL (19TH CENTURY) FOLK ART DRAWING OF A FARMHOUSE, pastel and pencil on paper, charming small clapboard structure with red brick chimneys and yellow front door, grounds with extensive fencing and what appears to be an orchard in the rear, no signature located. Housed under UV glass in a period mahogany-veneered frame. Second half 19th century. 9 3/4" x 14 3/4" sight, 14 5/8" x 19 5/8" OA.
Excellent overall visual condition. Frame with very minor wear. Not examined out of frame.
