Condition consistent with age. Has been relined. Inpainting in clouds and looks like a repaired hole proper left between top of tree and edge of painting. Rub marks on the side where painting meets frame. Pin holes throughout paint and canvas in upper half of painting. A ¾ in. long area of loss in proper left upper quadrant. Evidence of wear and loss along edges from frame. Light craquelure throughout sky. A ¼ in. area of loss in proper left lower quadrant below signature along with dirt buildup to same area.
