Description
Three pieces of 19th century stoneware. The first a 1 gallon jug decorated with a cobalt blue flower with the impressed mark of "L & BG CHACE / SOMERSET" - firing dent on side of jug, otherwise good condition, no damage; a slightly ovoid jar with cobalt blue flower, 1 1/2 gallons, with lightly impressed oval mark of "A.E. SMITH & SONS, / MANUFACTURERS, / 38 Peck Slip, N.Y." - very good condition, no damage; and a beer bottle with the impressed mark of "R.K. & CO. KNICKERBOCKER" - tiny rim chip, hairline crack down backside, else good condition.
