An early 20th century German 800 standard silver challah plate, Hanau circa 1910 by Gutgesell Gebrüder Judaica, of oval form with crimped edge, embossed decoration of loafs of bread and Stars of David, scallop shell ends, embossed in Hebrew to the edge. Together with a challah knife, the silver handle embossed in Hebrew. The plate marked to the edge. Length – 40.5 cm / 15.9 inches Weight – 567 grams / 18.23 ozt
