James Pierpont Morgan, financier, banker, art collector, and philanthropist, New York, 1886, a one hundred year four per cent first mortgage coupon bond due in 1986 in the amount of $1000 issued to James Pierpont Morgan and Harris C. Fahnestock (Investment Banker) by the New Jersey Junction Railroad Company, embossed stamps present, hand signed by the company's officers including Morgan and Fahnestock on verso as Trustees, mounted and shadowbox framed together with a lithographed photo image of Mr. Morgan and an engraved brass plaque, overall framed 29x18in.
