Rare large early Israeli ceramic plaque, Beit Halachmi (Tel Aviv) studio,1950s. This plaque measures 30 inches by 11 inches in a frame 35 inches by 15 inches.

The top piece of the frame is coming loose but still has the label from the Beit Halachmi studio, the important ceramic studio in Tel Aviv where ceramics were made in the 1950s in Israel. The linen mat has some brown water stains. The best thing to do is take this to a framer, retain the label and have the plaque reframed, which is in good condition, and place the label on the back of the new frame.

Plaque is in good condition, no damage, the frame is coming apart at the top and the linen mat has an old water stain.
