Wall, Alfred Bryan (American/Western PA, 1861-1935), Forest Interior, undated (early 20th century), oil on canvas, relined, signed lower left, 19.75 x 30 inches, framed with gilded frame and liner 29 x 39 inches. A. Bryan Wall was a original trustee of the Carnegie Institute. He was a pupil of his father, Alfred S. Wall. Provenance: The Estate of Charles H. Booth Jr., New Kensington, PA.; Exhibited Westmoreland Museum of American Art "Scenic Views: Painters of The Scalp Level School Revisited," Nov. 2008 - Feb. 2009.
Condition
