A magnificent, fine and impressive, composite of antique Russian silver egg.
Russian gilt silver bird claw foot base holding an Ostrich egg. Stand shows hallmark on the side, and kokoshnik mark dating to 1908-1917 Moscow.
LARGE SIZE: H. with egg mounted: 17 cm (6 5/8 inches). Weight of stand: 139 grams.
