Klaus Voormann (German, born 1938). Limited edition lithograph art print. Comic strip cover art from "Revolver," the seventh studio album by The Beatles, released in 1966, the band's final recording project before their retirement as live performers. Hand signed in pencil KLAUS VOORMANN to lower right and numbered 293/555 to lower left. Certificate of Authenticity affixed to verso. The artist's association with The Beatles dates to Germany in the early 1960s: He lived in the band's London flat with George Harrison and Ringo Starr, and won a Grammy Award for his design of the "Revolver" cover. In the 1990s, he designed the artwork for The Beatles Anthology albums. Presented in a decorative matte and modern frame. Work Size: 16 x 11 in.
