Extensive Theodor Haviland Limoges porcelain table service, circa 1900, each piece having an emerald and gilt foliate rim, comprising, (10) dinner plate 10"dia; (6) luncheon plates 8.75"dia; (4) salad plates 7.75"dia; (16) salad plates 7.25"dia; (6) dessert plates 6.25"dia; (11) bread and butter plates 5"dia; (8) cups 2.75"h x 4.25"w x 3.5"d; (13) saucers 5.5"dia; (2) large oval platters 16"l x 11.24"w; (1) medium oval platter, 14"l x 9.75"w; (1) open vegetable, 3"h x 9.75"dia; (1) covered tureen 4.15"h x 11.75"l x 8"d; (1) oblong serving bowl, 2"h x 10"w x 7.5"d; and (1) small round serving bowl, 2"h x 6.25"dia; retailed by Nathan Dohrmann Co. San Francisco, prior to the 1906 earthquake that destroyed this retailer; together with (8) coordinating gold rimmed Limoges pieces comprising (4) soup bowls 7.5"dia and (5) plates 6.25"dia; maker marked and having impressed marks.
