1950's Black beaded purse signed Walborg, Hong Kong. It is 5" long and 6" wide with a hinged clam shell opening. It has an alternating linked chain handle that slides through loops and can either be used long or doubled like a handle. There is a little finish wear on the one ring of the strap and 3 straw beads are missing on the back - that can be repaired easily by restitching replacement beads or gluing them in place. It is a beautiful purse with a zig-zag beaded pattern. The gold finish is very good except on the one ring and the base of the clasp from use - I did gold enamel them and clear coat those areas to remove the dull look. The shade is slightly duller but it improved the finish. The purse looks new other than the missing beads on the outside and the inside. The gold metal finish is as explained but I'd still classify it as very good overall. . See Photos.
