Greece, Macedon, Philip III Arrhidaios, 323 to 317 BCE, AR silver Tetradrachm. In the types of Alexander III The Great. Obverse: Head of Herakles in lion scalp to right. Reverse: Zeus enthroned to left. This coin is set in a modern 52.5% gold (equivalent to 12K+) setting and bail. The pendant is strung on a modern cord with a gold-plated lobster clasp. This is a fantastic piece of wearable history!
