Description

Plaster bust of "The First American", Ben Franklin. Franklin was a founding father of the newly created United States and is well known for his kite in a storm experiment. This bust was taken from a high school and comes with the wall mounting for display. Thought to have been made in the early 1930's. Front of the base has some scratch markings on it and the paint is worn in some areas but does not appear to have any cracks. Overall good condition. See photos. Measures 30" tall, 11" deep, and 18" wide.
