"Cool Evening" is an oil, in good condition, signed "Rogers" lower right, measuring 17.75x24, total dimensions are 22.5x28.75x1.5. Charles Rogers was a painter, etcher, lithographer, dry point, teacher. He was a Prairie Print Maker. Studied at the National Academy of Design, at Bethany College, Lindsborg with Birger Sandzen from 1938-41 where he earned a BFA, at the California College of Arts and Crafts where he earned an MFA.
