Provenance:This is one of 23 lots from the collection of Clare Lippert, Miss Pennsylvania 1951, who was a successful American jazz recording artist as Clare Nelson, appearing on Epic and MGM. She became a genealogist around 1960 and began collection county history books mostly from Penna but also from nearby states.
