Goryeo Koryo Dynasty (12th - 13th Century)
The flattened ovoid body with wide mouth incised with geometric band, with sanggam black and white slip inlay, the front and back with lozenges depicting cranes in a marsh beneath a willow tree, each side with a tri-flower lambrequin and a pendant bell-flower with a flowering plant below. With a band of overlapping lotus petals band. With glazed recessed base and partially unglazed foot rim.
